cred (playhacker rewards): what are they, and how do they work?
playhacker cred comes in two forms: points, which are like a currency earned by participation across the site, and badges, which are earned by project completion. As you use playhacker you collect rewards. You earn a badge for joining, and you earn a badge for each build or tutorial you complete. You earn points for collaboration and contribution.
